ATLANTIC SALMON
The freshness of the waters of southern Chile is ideal for growing Atlantic Salmon, a large fish with an elongated body and a characteristic color. Its meat is very versatile for all types of cuts, as well as being very healthy for its high protein and Omega 3 content.
